The next morning they had breakfast prepared for us at 9 am and afterwards we walked over to the spa for our massage appointment. The whole trip was so quiet and relaxing and just what we needed before the busyness of fireworks season starts.

The Sanford House Inn
Richard and I finally got to use our Christmas gift certificate for The Sanford House Inn. We had a cute little cottage off the side of the main house. Once we got checked in, we sat in the courtyard and for awhile before we headed over to their.m bar for happy hour. The bartender was so nice and we enjoyed visiting with him. Then, we went To get cleaned up and ready for dinner. They had a great selection of food and it was so fancy and elegant.
