The 1st round of playoffs proved to be more than we were ready for. The weather didn’t cooperate, Kelby was injured with an ankle sprain and the offense just wasn’t clicking. Even though it was a tough loss, it was an amazing season with a ton of great memories!
They set the goal high, but they went out and did it! District Champs with a 10-0 season! To end the season, a helicopter flew in the game ball, shirts were already made and were handed out at the buzzer and there was an awesome fireworks show and a party on the field afterwards! What a season!! Now on the playoffs!
We were able to get tickets to take the boys to both rounds of Texas Rangers games. They didn’t win either of the games we were at, but pulled out ALCS Champs in game 7! The World Series is still being played so it will be fun to watch if they can win that, too!
