This year Mamaw had a few new games for us to play…left right center and a reindeer/marshmallow game that was hilarious to watch. There was also a new family member getting to enjoy his first Christmas with us! Nathanael was fun to watch as he explored all the things. It’s always a fun time with the McCaigs!
Mom let Richard and I join her and Dad at the Texas Rangers employee Christmas party this year! We were able to take pictures with the World Series trophy and get in the field and eat some great food! We had a blast making more Rangers memories!!
We enjoyed the youth Christmas party in the cafeteria again this year. The group just keeps growing and growing, so we have to keep adapting. We ate and played a few games and Coach Rowe read the Christmas story. It’s always a good time when you’re around teenagers!
This year we had three different Thanksgivings. The weekend before we spent time with Richard’s family. The day of we stayed home and enjoyed lots of food and football. The day after we went to spend time with my family. The week away from school was relaxing and all the time with family was so special.
The 1st round of playoffs proved to be more than we were ready for. The weather didn’t cooperate, Kelby was injured with an ankle sprain and the offense just wasn’t clicking. Even though it was a tough loss, it was an amazing season with a ton of great memories!
