Justin and Heather’s wedding

A beach wedding is always so much fun! Just and Heather rented a huge Air BnB for all of us to stay in leading up to their wedding. It was so nice to hang out and visit and enjoy the beach and the company.

The wedding ceremony was short and sweet and perfect. It rained all morning, but cleared up just in time for them to have the ceremony out in the sand just as they had planned. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed the house and the food and just being together. It was a great weekend!

Golf

Kelby has done well on the golf team this year. They only had a few meets but got 1st in District! Regionals was a little harder than expected with some tough competition and a team member change, so they didn’t do as well as they expected, but they had fun!

Baby Showers

Pierce will be here soon so it has been fun to start going to and hosting baby showers! Richard and I still don’t have grandparents names yet, so we need to get on that before June! He is one loved little boy!

Shower #1

Shower #2

We hosted a shower at our house for the Hollingsworth side of the family. It was so good to see everyone and visit. Richard always likes smoking a brisket so a good outdoor patio BBQ is always fun!

Prom

Senior Prom!!

Kelby decided not to take a date and Troy asked Taryn, his girlfriend from China Spring, to Prom.

We started with pictures at 3pm and went to three different venues! The kids were so over the pictures by the time we were done, but we got some good shots! Kelby didn’t really go with a group and came home from work in a hurry to shower and get to Prom so we didn’t get any pictures of him.

After pictures they loaded the party bus and headed to Diamondbacks for dinner and then to Prom. After Prom they came back to our house for casino night. I’m not sure how much game playing they actually did because they were all so exhausted, but I think they had a great time!

Troy said he got Prom King because he was the last senior left there and they just gave it to him. He wasn’t real excited about that, but I guess it will be a story to tell!

We had a struggle getting them to approve Taryn’s dress, which was ridiculous, but it finally got approved! Taryn’s mom and I said we were going to have a glass of wine as soon as they entered Prom for all the trouble it was to get her dress approved! Cheers!
