Finally Home

After two weeks at my parents house I am finally home. It was nice to have so much time with my family! I got to spend alot of time with friends too. Here are pics over the last two weeks...

The perfect picture of summer!

A day at the waterpark with Mimi!

PaPa took Troy to a kids fishing tournament this morning. He caught many perch and one big black bass! And when I say caught I mean PaPa hooked it and Troy reeled it in! He had a blast...Thanks for taking him PaPa!!

While Troy was fishing with PaPa, Daniel was fishing at the coast...like father like son!

Family Time

Over the last few days we have traveled to see family. In Fredericksburg we saw Daniel's mom along with his uncle Gary and Becky. Then we went to see Great Oma. This was the first time she had seen Teague so she was so excited to see and hold him. We also took a trip to Waco to see my parents, sister, and Aunt for lunch. They enjoyed holding Teague and playing with Troy. It has been a hectic week!

Splash Pool

WOW, today was so hot and the weekend and next week look the same. Since I teach aerobics at the local Rec Center we all get a free membership there and this summer they opened an indoor lap pool and an outdoor splash pool. Surprisingly, this comes with our membership!! We went to check it out this morning and Troy had a great time. There were little slides and water guns to shoot and fountains spraying to jump in or through. Most of the kids were his age and the lifeguards were good about making the kids walk. It's so much easier to have Troy behave when all the kids have to follow the same rules! Even Teague had on his swim suit and shirt, the shirt was a little tight, but if kept the sun off. He slept most of the time but he did put his feet in the water! It was a lot of fun and we can't wait to go back!

Dr. Visit

We took Teague in for his 2 month shots and check up. The dr. said he looks very healthy and is very strong! Looks like we may have a line backer on our hands! He is in the 50th percentile in height and head circumference and the 97th percentile for weight!!! He is now 14 lbs. 12 oz! I knew he was big, but not that big!! The dr. said there is nothing to worry about since he is breastfed. It will all fall off when he becomes mobile. Troy was the same way so I know things will even out, but for now I will have to continue to hear the comments that "He is so big"...good thing he is a boy :)
