Fall Break

For our Fall Break we went to Lubbock for Parents’ Weekend! We got an Air BNB and it was perfect to keep us all together and comfortable. Friday night we celebrated Troy’s birthday with dinner, cake and presents.

On Saturday we went to the game and enjoyed the atmosphere of tailgating and a Tech win! 

On Sunday, Teague attended a Tech cheer clinic and then we went to the Alamo Drafthouse to watch a movie. On Monday, we were able to meet Jace and his parents and ate with them at Spanky’s. It was great to be able to spend so much time with Troy! We miss him!

Homecoming

This week was all about a Hollywood Homecoming. Last weekend the cheerleaders got the school all decorated. 

Wednesday night there was a parade and a community wide pep rally.

Friday was a WIN over Italy! 

And Saturday night was a Homecoming dance. All the festivities were so much fun and Teague wanted to participate in it all! He and Haleigh looked great and I think they had a great time!

Yarieli’s Quinceañera

Teague was invited to attend Yarieli’s big 15th birthday celebration. It was so extravagant! Like a wedding! All the details were so beautiful and the kids had so much fun. I’m glad he could attend and support her. Through stunting they have created a sweet little brother/sister bond together.

World Springs

For mine and Amber’s birthday mom got us a day at World Springs with a spa treatment. We had the best time!! She got us a cabana and we hit all the pools…the hot ones and the cold ones and the saunas. About midday we ate lunch and headed to our spa treatment  mom and I had a massage and Amber chose a facial. Then, we enjoyed another few hours in all the pools before cleaning up and heading home. It was a great birthday gift that I think we are going to make an annual thing every year!
