Learning many new tricks

Teague is at such a fun age. He is eating cereal twice a day and a vegetable at lunch so you would think he has the eating down, but he doesn't. After every bite he has to put his thumb in his mouth. I don't know if he thinks you have to suck in order to eat or swallow but it is very messy! I don't even try to stop him anymore, I am just prepared to clean up the mess afterwards. He also has started arching his back and looking at the ceiling four or five times during his feeding. It looks so funny. Here we are in our Tech gear. Tech didn't win, but it was fun to wear it all day here in Longhorn territory. Here is Teague's latest attemp at crawling. He is really getting close and if he sees something he really wants he can get to it pretty quickly! I bet he is crawling in no time. He is growing up sooo fast and I am enjoying every minute of it!

First Day

Today was Troy's first day of Parent's Day Out. He was up early as usual, but kept saying "Please can I go to school!" He was so excited. We attended meet the teacher night last night and he just walked right in and started playing with the toys so I know today will be so much fun for him. He put his back pack and lunch in his cubby outside, found his name badge and then stuck it to the wall and then ran off to play animals with another little boy. He didn't even realize I left! Summer camp was a great trial run for us both I think. I can't wait to pick him up and hear all about what he did today.

5 months old and a photo shoot

Teague is already 5 months old. Here are his latest accomplishments:
*He can almost sit up unsupported
*He is eating vegetables
*He plays with his feet alot
*He is trying to get up on all fours
Troy was such a late crawler that I am amazed Teague is already trying to get up on his knees. Once he starts crawling everything will only get harder, so hopefully he won't figure that out for another couple of months.

Lately, Troy has been interested in the camera, probably because I have it everywhere we go. So I decided to show him how to use it and let him have a photo shoot. He took close to 30 pictures, but here are a few of his best...
