Teague’s last season

Teague has ended his pee-wee league football career. It has been so fun watching him learn to love football. At first we had to force him to play and he told us he was only playing one year and then he was done. Now he loves it and leads his team on to try harder and get along and cheers so big for others’ successes!

This year, he told me he had three goals:

1. Make an interception

2. Make a touchdown

3. Get Connor a touchdown

He achieved every single one of his goals!!

Richard has enjoyed coaching this group of boys as much as they have enjoyed playing, I think! He is really going to miss having a team to coach next year, but I think he has his sights on referring!

Their last game was at Cowboy Stadium and they did it up right!! They took a team bus up to Arlington and stayed the night at the Gaylord as a team! Almost every boy was able to score a touchdown and they dominated in every game. What a fun memory to end out the season!
